Soho House’s bar program is steeped in classic traditions. We believe that to know where we are headed is to know where we came from. Classic drinks and their core ingredients form our program’s foundation and current trends are gracefully balanced by these classic traditions. We are inspired by the iconic cocktail bars of the past; we name the Savoy in London, the Ritz in New York and the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel as our top influences.

We obsess about everything that goes into our cocktails; from spirits, the backbone of the cocktail, to daily fresh squeezed juices, house made syrups and bitters, to finding the perfect ice to go into each cocktail and the top quality tools we use to shake, stir and swizzle.
